Art for ALL 2009 - our AFA, Iatcs, and MAW Get Together!

The event itself will begin at noon on Friday June 19 and will continue until 6 a.m. on Sunday June 21. If you would like to arrive on Thursday June 18 or stay the night of Sunday June 21, a room can be arranged for you at the event price.

Event planning is still being finalized, but the current plan is to offer a 24-hr Art Room for exclusive use by AFA09 attendees, and a few workshops on Friday and Saturday between the hours of noon and 6 p.m. We will have make-and-trades, games, open art creation, and open swapping for the whole weekend long!

Meals on Friday night and all day Saturday are included in the event price. We will also have snacks and drinks available! There will be a large group meal on Saturday night.

To make this arrangement work, each individual wishing to attend the event will need to download and fill out the event information packet (AVAILABLE January 19) and return it prior to March 5, 2009. If you want to register past March 5th, there will be a $10 late fee, making the total $73. This packet will provide detailed event information and requires the payment of an event fee ($63) this is a flat fee for the entire event and includes snacks, drinks, and meals.

Once the registrar has both your information and event payment, you will receive a confirmation packet with instructions for obtaining a room at the event price.
