Iīve found that AFA truly is the place to go to when all else fails... Hopefully in this case to! I need to find a quilting iron, I tried using a travel iron to melt beeswax, and it didnīt work that great, I actually ruined one of my paintings with it... So - does anyone have a quilting iron to sell or trade?

I don't have one yet but I have a couple 50% off coupons for Jo Ann's & that would make them only $10. If you get desperate i don't mind picking one up & shipping it to you if you want to paypal money over. Just let me know.

How much do you think the shipping will be?

my last package I sent you was almost $10 & I'm guessing that it might be as high as that. Not sure though..... It may not weigh as much as what I just sent you. Even if it did, the total cost would be the same as reg. retail for just the iron.

If you trade with anyone here, just make sure you have a converter plug! Our electric outlets are different than your I think.

Thatīs what Iīm thinking about too. Iīve found someone in Norway who can buy me one with a European plug, but itīll cost me about $55, so I wonder how much itīll cost me to buy a converter plug, if this still much cheaper.

Ok, Iīve been googling - apparently itīs illegal to sell converter plugs from American outlets in Sweden... So I canīt find one here...
