I wouldn't mind the frog stamp as my mum uses them as a school teacher (and she loves frogs), but I have nothing to trade :(

Is the bubbles stamp still available?
If so I can make bunches of atc blanks. Or if you prefer something else?

Could you possibly tell me the fiber content of the fabrics? if it's cotton or even 50/50 cotton poly I'm interested. I know I can come up with some good stuff to swap for it :)

katilady

i can look for a tag when i get home, but if there is none i'd have to guess and i don't know much about fabric.

Penlowe

sorry- forgot to mention it in the original post, along the edge there is often printing, company names & styles and little dots of color that are quality control stuff, sometimes the fiber content is there. Dunno if you can tell cotton from polyester by feel or not.

katilady

they feel like they might be cotton, but i can't guarantee and i don't want you upset if they turn out not to be. there was no info about the content on the edges unfortunately.

don't you dare feel pressure to trade young lady! not allowed! it's ok to pass if you are unsure. i will most likely keep this thread for another week or so then trash the stuff. it doesn't do me any harm to do that so no worries!

I'll look at your profile and see too.

Well at least give that fabric to a charity or church if you can't use it- those stripes would make a good shepherd costume :)

honestly i am too busy for a thrisftstore run, i'll just toss it.

yep rina, i have the bubble stamp still. :)

How big is the green striped fabric (#3)? It's very tempting, though I certainly have enough fabric...

Kati, I don't see much that I need either, but I'm dying of curiosity. What is a D-ring?

Penlowe

D rings are D shaped metal bits used often in belts & purses, think of those cute preppy striped canvas belts in the LL Bean catalog, those have D ring closures.

Oh. Not as mysterious as I was thinking.

Thank you for responding though, Penlowe! :)

I wonder if those would work for some pants I want to make my dd. When I get back home, I'll check the pattern and see. If they are the right size then can I claim them?

Let me say this--I have a balloon-shaped punch, and it's the closest thing to an EGG shaped punch! just cut off the little balloon knot once you make the punch.

I don't think anyone makes an egg-shaped punch.

17. heart shaped punch
