Possibly...if I can get my 'brain' and my hands to work together.

Good luck with the SAT!

Oh goody! I just got some new stamps and want to play with them... this is the perfect reason!

I'll be late as we'll be camping and won't get home until late Sat afternoon. But I can "stamp" while I'm there and have 'em all ready to scan and post when I get back... :D

it should be a lot of fun...
I don't know if I will be able to play all of Sun as it is my b'day..:D

Count me in....I'm going to be very busy, but will try and get some cards done so I can join in the fun. Stamping is so much fun and I have lots of new ones that need to be 'broken in'.

I'm going to play! I'm having too busy week at work and I hope I'm not too tired to take part in this fun.

So... I have a couple of larger stamps, and have a really hard time getting a clear image. One is a quote about 3 x 4 on unmounted rubber, I use with the always-sticky stuff and acrylic block (technical, I'm not!) I've tried with a bit of "cush" underneath, I've tried on firm surface. When I "push down" on all corners it just moves the image slightly. ACK! Maybe I'm large stamp challenged... I may need to send them somewhere else and play with smaller stamps.

Can one of you experts give me some tips? I'd really like to use the quote especially. :wubclub:

I'll be around! Woohoo! Can't wait.

Helen...with larger stamps what I usually do is set them down on the paper and put the heel of my hand in the middle and keep it there. Then I use my other hand to press down on the corners. I stand up while I'm doing this and normall get a good image. You have to keep good steady pressure with one hand. Sometimes I will press down with the heel of both hands if it's a fairly large stamp. And fun foam underneath can help too, although I don't use it often.

Okay, I'll try it and see what happens. Thanks Theresa!

Yes, tomorrow is Friday and I'm afraid I'm going to sleep all the evening and night. I have been working 43 hours this week and it's just Thursday afternoon here. Still 12 hours left before the weekend...
