**** UPDATE 6th March 2008 ****
Please note this offer is now closed. The 5 members who will be receiving the RAKs have been PMed. I wish that I could have sent pages to everyone, but the cost was too prohibitive.
************************************************** ************************************
I have a 1933 gothic print German novel that I would like to share. I would like to RAK 5 pages each to 5 people.
To be fair, I will draw names* from a "hat" in 5 days time.
Let me know in this thread (not PM - I will get confused) and I will put your name in the draw. If 5 or less people are interested then everyone wins....lol
Disclaimer: Please note that I do not speak or read German, so I have NO IDEA what is written on these pages. I accept no responsibility for the content.

Me, too please. I could offer you some pages from the shorthand textbook I bought today.
It is called the Gregg Speed Studies 1947, original third printing copyright 1941, original copyright 1917. It has entire pages printed of nothing but those crazy squigglies I learned in 7th grade, and never used again. LOL. I will be offering them up for grabs on the one on one thread soon. They are really neat looking. Here, I made a scan. I will need it to post on the other thread, anyway. (no fair PMing me early...the rest of you....I am just offering first grabs to dastard. Look for my thread soon. I bought lots of stamps to mail stuff today, so it won't be too long).

Oh, would you please add me?
Me too! Would you like some pages from a very old (almost disintegrating) French text?
I have the whole book. It's very yellowed, and flaking on the edges. Anybody else want some?
egod I would love some pages!

Hi everyone,
I have picked the 5 names and the recipients have been sent a PM.
Thanks everyone for your interest. I wish I could have sent pages to everyone, but the cost is just too prohibitive.

If you have more to share, you could always post a trade on the one-on-one trade your stuff thread. At least then you would get back items that you wished to have in return. The text on those pages are awesome! I sent your shorthand pages on the 5th....don't remember if I PMed you about that or not. I iTradered this as a trade for our pages. Other members could/should just rep point if it is an RAK. I will start a thread on the one-on-one soon. I am still deciding what I wish to have in return for my pages.

I Love to be on your list! :)
I also can tell you what's written there! ;) We get German in school..
They are talking about where they are going! And why they are walking that way. I believe there are four people there and one of them gets quite annoyed...
" Now, you've mentioned my name", ...
"Where are we going anyway?"
"Well, to you! Where else? I escort you...
"But then we had to turn left", ...etc. etc. blablabla
