While the site was down, I recieved two wonderful gifts.

From Smokeysmom I received an envelope absolutely stuffed (I seriously don't know how she got it all in there because I couldn't get it all back in later, haha) with beautiful papers, book pages, text in other languages and even asian and arabic scripts. Map pieces, bingo cards, just a big schmorgasbord of fun stuff. In addition, she also sent me a huge handful of ATC sleeves, which means I can begin trading ATCs now. Thank you so much!

From Dustyspiral I received a package of large pages from an old atlas with all kinds of fun details. I don't know yet what I will make first with these, but I'm quite excited. They will make lovely backgrounds when inspiration hits again :)

Today I recieved an envelope stuffed with goodies from Smokeysmom~! It was like she knew just what I needed specifically at this time! I needed some sepia colored postage stamps. Six of them were in the envie (along with a herd of other stamps). I needed some garden critters. Birds galore were in the envie along with other garden critters as well!
The brads and bits and bobs will come in handy for many projects! As will all the other images she sent!

BTW: just use a nail file if you sand the faces. Paint with water based acrylics or water colors.
