This swap is a follow up to ICraft's recent Napkin Swap but even if you didnt take part in that, there is still room for you to play.
Cards for this swap will be made using the wonderful napkins we just received (or some from your own private stash) + at least two other mediums.
Mixed media types/techniques can include (but are not limited to):
Vintage sheet music
Torn paper technique
Text pages
Beeswax
Rubber stamped images
Tissue layers
Pen or Pencil drawings
Acrylic Painting
Watercolor Painting
Distress Inks
Collage
Vintage Ephemera
Transfers – i.e. gel medium/packing tape
Transparencies
Stenciling
Printing with bubble wrap
Embossing
Direct to paper inking
Used postage stamps
Alcohol inks
Altered Photos
Paint over technique
Water soluble oil pastels
Resist techniques
Melted crayon background
So lets get creative and put those fabulous napkins to good use!!
Here's the fine print:
Please PM me for my address when your cards are ready to mail.
On the back please include your user name, location, date and swap title.
Please send each card in its own protective sleeve.
US Players: please include a SASE for your returns.
International players: Internationals please include $1 US for your returns. Please include a large address label. I will provide envelopes.
A hostess gift is certainly not required but an extra card in the swap theme is always appreciated and will be forever cherished!
