Another Circle Journal for hand-drawn/painted - for all of you out there who did not manage to get into one of the running groups (and for those of you who did and still want to have another go at it :spinny:).
For those not familiar with Journal Pages - a good and clear explanation is given here: Circle Journal Guidelines (http://http://www.atcsforall.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1024).
Nice examples of Journal pages, created by members of ATCsforALL can be found here: Journal Page Gallery (http://http://www.atcsforall.com/forum/gallery/index.php?c=5).
We hope to start at the end of April, so that will give you some time to think about joining us. Keep in mind that this will be a long term commitment of one set of pages a month. The group is limited to 6 participants. Journal spread sizes 8x8 or 6x6.
Let's get it on going, shall we? Any questions please PM me - I can't wait to hear from you.
1) Nicky: 8x8 side-by-side, theme: Venician Carnival
2) Terryart: 8x8 side-by-side, theme: Deep (as in "underwater")
3) Detephoto: 8x8 side-by-side, theme: Mythology
4) Fantasy Firebird: 8x8 side-by-side, theme: A taste of the orient (not food related ;))
5) Poshscot: 8x8 side-by-side, theme: Sunflowers and Scarecrows
6) lilbad: 8x8 side-by-side, theme: Ireland and Sheep

Please check my gallery and see if I would be considered for this group...also, I need a little info for a beginner...just to understand how this works, if someone would be willing to clue me in? I do all handdrawn watercolor work, so let me know...

Nicky I am interested, but am a bit wary about themes set because still in the novice stakes when it comes to drawing. If no one expects the masterpiece of the century then I'm up for it (take a peak at my drawing skills or lack of in my web site and let me know)
On the plus side I can of course discuss Highlander with you!! LOL

;)FF - you are more than welcome and the only requirement is handdrawn/painted... no one will expect masterpieces of the century - just a spread that is made with enthousiasm and that shows that a serious attempt was made....
Let me know if you want to jump in (and with what theme ofcourse)... uh... if you do I could always change my theme to... Highlander? .... nah, better not... let's stick with the lovely Carnival masks of Venice.
Hope to see your sign-up message in the thread soon ;)

Hi posh - glass painting sounds intriquing... just give it a go if you like... we're pretty flexible here and always curious to see different techniques.
Just let me know if you want to join and what your theme and size will be, okay?

Wow - this one did fill up fast! Welcome ladies - I'll PM you all after the weekend... it's off to bed now since it's almost midnight and tomorrow we'll have to leave early for a morning concert and won't be home until late.
Thanks for joining and we'll have a ball on those lovely themes!
oh and uh, I just love Cartoons FF - and I'm sure the others will too.
Congratulations, all!
The next thing you ladies need is a name for your group. Discuss it here, come to a decision, and you will be assigned a number.
At that point, Nicky will open a new thread and you'll be off and running!
Enjoy!

Okay girls - just a brief message before I have to run out again:
FF has come up with 2 suggestions for a name already:
