Sign up/withdraw by: 1st July
Number of Cards: 3 for 3 , 6 for 6 , 9 for 9, or 12 for 12 ( 12 is maximum)
Number of Players: 20

Theme- The Seaside

Beach, bikinis, bucket and spades, sandcastles, seagulls, boats, crabs, shells, fish, ice-cream, flip flops - whatever depicts the seaside!

For those of you who find the inchie swap a little too small or fiddly, how about this one, cards need to be 2" x 2" square, decorated and embellished - these are a good size for using as card toppers too. There is a few restrictions on theme (no porn, religious, political), any type of art medium or embellishments, whatever you prefer to use, just make it your best work! Please pop each card in a little envie (paper or plastic), to protect your work, and add your user name, date and where you are from on back of each card.
Please also enclose an addressed envelope for the returns - UK SASE, International SAE, or label, I will cover postage for these,
The swap is for 3 cards - maximum of 12 cards.
Please comment in thread, when cards are postal/received.
If I have forgotten anything, please let me know!

Hi Sue, similar, cut out 2" x 2" squares of card, decorated as you would an atc ( a larger inchie! making it a Twinchie), and because it's larger you can text if you wished.
Any other help -you need, just shout!!!!!

Hi Wigbag, _ I will need cards by 21st of July , thread was originally set up as 1st August , but I had to change as I was over 'days limit' so changed swap to 21st July. This is day I will swap out. I am an on-time host, and unless it's a real emergency will swap on time, any late cards, will have to be a one-on-one swap with me!

Well, I am finishing up my under the sea roofing project today so that I can devote my weekend to making Twinchies! I have already cut out all my 2x2 squares. Some do, some don't post their piccies, if you are interested, I hosted a random twinchie a while back and posted a pic in my gallery of all cards recieved inc mine and hostess gift cards. I don't stipulate any type of artwork or method though, as I know lots of people have their own style and preferences. Same with Qty, there are a couple of players who make 9 to 12 cards, but there are slo many who make just the 3, I think it also depends on post, players in UK can send more as it is less costly for Uk to send to UK address, so it is entirely up to what is a reasonable expense.

Lildebi's Twinchies have arrived today - and they are are truly Outstanding -abosolutely Fandabiozeee, how long did they take to make!!!!! So much work has gone into these!!!!!! These are what I call Chunky Twinchies!
All have arrived now apart from Frogwings, who unfortunately has misjudged the send by date! I have offered her to hold out a little while, just in case they arrive in the next week!
Hope this is Ok with all you guys ?
I won't hold out any longer than end of next week, I can always do a private swap with her if necessary!

The standard of the Twinchies received have been extremely good and I do hope you will all be happy with your returns and that you will want to join another Twinchie swap in the future!

OK! everyone - Frogwings twinchies have arrived and they are wonderful! I will get all sorted out tomorrow evening when I get in from work. All cards have been put into respective piles, it's just a matter of swapping out, which all going well and no interuptions, I should get completed tomorrow / wednesday and hopefully will then post out Thursday/Friday. I will keep you all informed.

Please let me know by pm, if you are happy with the choices of cards I swapped out to you. This one was very difficult as there was a wide variety of styles and artistic interpretation. If anyone is really unhappy with any they have had in their returns - I will swap out with one of mine for you!
