Turkish Newspapers

A friend has sent me a couple of Turkish newspapers. Anyone interested in trading for pages?

Pictures on transparencies/vellum. I'm not sure what they're called, but I'd like to make cards with some of the foreign pages I've been collecting and want them to shine through the picture.

Hey I could use some of those! I have an assortment of old books-childrens, novels,
hymnal, zoology, shorthand, etc. Anything in particular you need like that or wallpaper samples, ribbon/fibers, fabric pieces??

I wish I had some of those! What I do have is: Vintage ladies on regular paper, foreign text pages (a huge assortment), braille pages, vintage music sheets, fun fibers, collage images, a sick kitty (just kidding! :laugh:), stickers, or I could do a random assortment!

Also, I could explain to you how to do the clear packing tape image transfers. I think you could get the same kind of look with them as with transparencies. I will attach an example!

That's it! Just what I meant :) ...... so that's a tutorial, plus an assortment, please! Would you mind including a sample of the packing tape please, so I know exactly what I'm looking for in the shops!
I have Chinese, Dutch, Russian, French and Braille pages already, so only include pages if you have different languages :D

Have a look at my wish list in my profile for ideas. I have quite a lot of old pages now. I have regular satin ribbons, so if you have unusual ones ... or even lace, I'll be happy with those.

Oh good! I will send an assortment of goodies, and a tutorial. I can totally send some packing tape, but I am not sure how...stick it on some paper maybe? What do you think? I can tell you the kind I use now is Duck High Performance Packaging Tape and it is completely clear. It is just shy of being 2 inches in width.

I have transparencies of women, birds, doors, cemetery images, or children. Let me know what you prefer.
