MOOs are so fun to make! If you haven't tried them out yet, here's your chance.

Swap Info: This swap was inspired by some MOOs I saw in the gallery by jfaskdown. You'll make a family of four different people. Get your scissors, glue, old magazines and photos out and start creating your own unique little family. I would love it if you'd add a name for each of your people to the front of your MOO also. This is going to be fun!

Swap Rules:
~ This is a 4 for 4 swap. You will make 4 and get 4 back. One of each family member.
~ All MOOs are to be 1"x2 3/4"
~ No bulky embellishments.
~ Make sure your MOO is sturdy, not flimsy or floppy.
~ On the back include your real name, user name, location and date.

Mailing Info:
~ Put your MOOs in a protective sleeve or something similar for protection. For MOOs you can use a penny sleeve and put two in w/ staples down the middle to make two pockets.
~ PM me for my address when you're ready to mail.
~ US: Include a stamped, self addressed envelope w/ your user name on the back.
~ International: Include a US intntl stamp (if you have one) or a US dollar and an address label. I'll
supply your envelope.
~ Be sure to allow enough time when mailing for your MOOs to arrive to me on time.

~ Subscribe to the thread so you can keep track of this swap.
~ Post to the thread when you have mailed your cards.
~ I will leave I-traders when your MOOs arrive and would appreciate the respect of the same in return.
~ Post to the thread and/or leave rep points when you receive your returns so that folks can know who
got their cards.
~ Don't forget to leave me (host) an I-trader when you get your MOOs back.
~ No communication and no cards will get you a neutral I-trader.
~ Share pics if you can. Everyone enjoys seeing what others are creating.
~ A host card is neither expected nor required, but is appreciated.

But I was wondering, must the MOO family be made of humans? Or could the it be a family of robots, animals, or extra terrestrials?

I've got 4 done. I have to type some tiny names. And look around for the makings of one more.

I collected heads, torsos, legs and then I put them together. In the beginning, I thought 4 or maybe 5 would be difficult. But then, it was fun and I could have made more. If some part was too tall or long, I just scissored them down.

I've never worked in this size before, and I've never done collaged people before, but I had a great time! Here is my Moo family who is going into an envelope tonight but will go.into the mail Tuesday since Monday is a US holiday. Stacy, where the name comes from I have no idea. It's all about the size 2 3/4" x 1" where the swap is concerned. If you check out some of the old, closed swaps in the archive section there's some more in depth answers, I'm just summing it up.
