To host a Pick a Theme Swap you must have an iTrader of +30, and have been an active member 6 months.
To host a PAT you must have successfully hosted 3 regular swaps, as Pick a Theme Swaps require a host to take on significant organization, which is why it is necessary to have experience hosting.
PAT swaps do not have a WITHDRAW date. Once a player signs up for a group and lists their theme, they are committed to fulfill the obligation to their group.
Your swap should become open on 1st day of the corresponding month, or the 15th if it's a mid month PAT.
PATs should be completed and mailed out in 90 days or less.
You may only host one PAT at at time.
