My cards are here and they're great. 16 by Liss, love it. And Wyvernsian's Invasion of the One Eyed Zombies. I love how that zombie hasn't forgotten about good fashion. thank you all!

Yeah. We get meces every winter. This is our second go-round with the silverware in a packing box (one of the plastic silverware ones) and utensils in plastic shoe boxes...all strewn across my kitchen counters. Traps in the drawers....I looked one in the eye this morning around midnight; tried to catch it under a bowl and chickened out. Glue traps caught two between then and 7 this morning.

Started my life on the farm... Every fall it was trap time... One of those things that no matter what you do it just is. Once Opened the door to go inside and one literally ran in with me! Hubby and I, in this house were just fine until the fall that they clear cut the woods behind us, to put in Condo's, and forced all critters to new areas... the meces moved in that year and a couple after, until we plugged all the spaces. However, we do have a couple (?) that are in the garage (attached) so I am assuming that they will migrate in soon, and it will be back to the traps! It just is. But they do surprise you sometimes! Get the little buggers... Trust me there will be more! LOL!

I set four new traps this evening. Baited them with honey and Cheerios.

I consider myself to have a fairly strong stomach, but one thing I absolutely cannot do is empty a mouse or rat trap. I've tried, but I just can't do it.

EEK! Just realized I hadn't posted my thanks!
I received an adorable one-eyed, jack playing girl from Pami,
    happy blue creature from starsygirl(gms)
a fun and fashionable one eyed gal from student Erika Lamb
and a marvelous layered and inked creation from QueenAnn herself!

Ann, Tell Nyomi thank you for the One eyed Christmas Monster...It is GREAT. My 6 year old grand daughter has been singing a Christmas song about how she eats her ginger bread band. The last part said how she bites his head off. I showed her this and she laughed because it goes along with her song.
    Thank you,
    Bob

Okay, one-eyed wonderlings! I think I've heard from most of you, so I'm going to archive us. Thanks for a super-fun swap!
