    Smile "Odd" Animal Trades?

So, I love animals. Though I am a bit tired of seeing so many "common" animal cards out there (wolves, cats, owls, etc.). Don't get me wrong, love them all, but things need to be mixed up a bit.

I'm looking to trade "odd" animal cards with people. Now, this doesn't mean 'stick a pair of wings on it' or 'make it rainbow.' I mean real "oddities," everything from animals you've probably never heard of to colour mutations.

So yeah, would anyone be interested?

    Kinda important things:
+ artists must have at least a +5 on iTrader (I only have a +10, as I kinda forgot about the site for a while. :'D)
+ I would prefer them to be somewhere around my level. I'm not the best artist out there, but I do like kind of an equal trade.
+ hand-drawn/painted only. No collages for me, please.

    Examples:
    Creepy Animals
    Weird animal blog
    Red Fox Colour Mutations

Don't let the examples limit you- there's TONS of 'weird' animals or unusual colourations out there. Have some fun and do some research!

No, I haven't. I honestly prefer the real weirdos over the fantasy ones, haha! xDDD

Oh, I'm not talking the traditional chimera - I'm talking - take two or three animals and combine them into one. I did a whole bunch of them a few years ago.

    The weirdest is the
    squid/venus flytrap/praying matis hybrid.

But the elephant/flea/crab comes pretty close.

But I see what you mean - you mean real weirdos - like dumbo octopus and umbrella birds and aye-ayes.
    I like them too ^^

    Ahhh.

Still, I'm looking moreso for real animals, like Saigas, cookie cutter sharks, and other things people don't hear of/draw too often.

Leucistic mutations are where the color is cut to make it lighter, even sometimes white, but it will not have pink/red eyes like albinos. Melanistics are the opposite. They can turn it darker or even black. Black white tailed deer are neat.
I know the leucistic and melanistic stuff. I had been eyeballing a leucistic coyote pelt online for a while but someone got to it first. :'(
Haha, I actually have a melanistic deer and coyote near my house! The deer has the standard markings, only the coat is VERY dark black-brown, which makes the white markings it (I had seen it when the bucks dropped their antlers, so I couldn't tell the gender from far away.) had REALLY stand out. My father had seen the coyote when he was hunting.
