Corrie, are you just wanting a background of side walk cracks n blobs? I went to that sight and they had you looking for pictures with in the cracks. This is new to me I am not exactly sure what you are wanting.

I'm pondering on Corries spread right now... got some ideas but getting them done is the trick - and time ofcourse!

In regards to the questions to my theme... Just find some interesting cracks or blobs and then start tracing lines to arrive at an imaginary animal. Just like Nicky did. There are examples on the blog and Flickr links that are on the first post.

Carla Sondheim actually has a book out about sidewalk crack/imaginary animals, too, if anyone is interested

Just checking in today to say Hi! Want be online much the next couple of days or doing any art. Woke up yesterday morning dizzy and sick at my stomach, my husband took me to the ER, turns out I have vertigo. I am better today but still alittle wobbly!

Well this group has kicked my muse into overdrive. I have been obsessed with these pages. I already have a first draft of Nicky's pages inked, I will transfer them on to better paper with a light table. And I have my June pages for Evalila done.

Chatty still has the rest of this month and Evalila still has two months so don't feel rushed. I will hold the pages and not mail till you are ready to mail to me. In fact nobody should mail pages before their partner is also done with their pages. I learned this is best in a previous group I hosted where pages were sent and one person failed to follow through with making and sending pages. (BUT If both parties complete early there is no reason to hold off on their trade)

These images are hand drawn from a book called Drawing Vampires Gothic Creatures of the Night by Chris Hart, I hope you like them. If not I always have time to do something else so don't be afraid to speak up.

Ohh and Now I have more time to play with blobs for Corrie's pages. I live out in the middle of the forest and I haven't noticed any broken sidewalks on my trips into town, just potholes in the road. LOL
