Definitely interested! I was so sad when I didn't get to go the this year's event. I have had the pleasure of visiting Boston many, many years ago. It is a fantastic place. I love it. Thanks so much for stepping up and planning the event.

I'm definitely interested! I live in Vermont, near Burlington so wouldn't have to travel far. Keep me posted!

Alrighty! So we have two options for the hotel, and i wanted to know which one everybody prefers!

    First option:
    Hyatt Regency Boston
$269 a night with complimentary wi fi. We can have breakfast included for an additional $10 per person.
The location is fantastic, right downtown within walking distance of Fanueil Hall & Quincy Market. We could walk to everything essentially, including a ton of restaurants!
Parking here is a non negotiable $36 dollars a day for those who drive.
    Saline pool.

    Option 2:
    Hyatt Regency Cambridge
$199 per night with complimentary wifi, breakfast included for an additional $10 per person.
Cambridge is just over the Charles River from Boston, about a 9 minute subway ride to downtown. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Kendall Station so we can ride downtown. Cambridge has lots of little shops and restaurants, Harvard square and is just a quaint little town. We wouldnt really be within walking distance, but taking the couple minute shuttle ride to Kendall station will put us in a prime location.

Both hotels have just about the same amenities, its just the location (intown or not) and the price difference because staying in Boston is quite a bit more pricey, but the guy Im dealing with actually got it down from $319. Boston also offered me a little bit cheaper price for the 24 hour art room, but thats not a deal breaker for Cambridge, they were both within budget.

NOW lets take a vote! Boston, or Cambridge, just across the river from Boston?

We had a conversation over on Facebook, and Boston is looking a bit pricey for everyone, especially out of towners.

So we are throwing around the idea of having it in a smallerish town like Providence, RI.

Will keep you posted, but it's looking like we're changing the name to Art For All: New England!

I don't think I've ever been to Providence so that would be neat!

Have you considered North Conway, NH? Some GREAT outlet shopping there. I've stayed at the Comfort Inn and it was nice... just throwing it out there, feel free to disregard

wow, Providence RI is a bit far out also. I think most of New England is pricy, wish I could come tho. I would vote for Cape Cod, Plymouth or Brewster, so beautiful.

Yes, the prices stated were our options for Boston, but not too FRET! I'm looking into MUCH cheaper hotels now.
