    Update sent...............everybody received it!!!

When sending cards that are worked on by players who choose not to join our group please make sure the group player you send them to wants to work on outsiders cards.....................

And I have not forgotten the "things to think about" pms, just not a lot of time right now.

Have some time so going to try and reply to some of you who posted here about the pm sent late Oct.

First off, we both realised that we don't always check the list before working on a set. I always check preferences and no-gos before mailing, but not always before working on a set. If any of you got anything added to your sets by either of us that you didn't want, we are very sorry! We meant no offense, we just both totally forgot. We will make sure to remember from now on!

About the time thing... mom and I used to have a lot more free time. Now we don't, and art/ATCs isn't the only thing we do outside of work. Sometimes, we don't have time for ATCs for weeks on end because we have meetings and appointments in our "free" time. Because of that, we haven't been able to play in a swap for ages since they have a deadline we can't promise to keep. We do miss playing, though, and we both are very happy to have the Round Robins waiting for us, with no deadline pressure.

If we had to agree to some kind of "timely manner" in which to work on or pass on the sets, we would both have to drop out (and cry like babies, I guess. )
We would very much like to avoid that!

So, we talked about it and had the idea that maybe there could be a solution that is satisfactory for the players who wish to get their sets worked on quickly, and us who cannot promise that, but would still like to play.

Maybe we could add a little note to the address list to indicate "I'm active, but can't promise to work on your set in a timely manner. Feel free to send me something, but please be aware that it might take some time till I get around to working on it."
That way, everyone will be warned that the ones with that note are slow workers, and every player can decide whether to send us something and wait, or to end to someone who will be quicker.

    How does that sound?
Thanks for all your comments, I don't always remember to check the list before either but I am trying to get better at it.

As for the time limit I think it is unanimous there will not be one. If someone does want to take a chance on time or ever seeing something again this group may not be for them............

I have some out there from years ago and I still hold out hope that I may see them again!
