Not that I'm advertising, but I thought my examples, which are all sewn using different methods, explained in the thread, for my latest Colour Wheel swap might help. I will do different ones for this swap.

Love them all Ann! Especially the hen!
Next, how did you print images onto fabric?

Here's some eye candy - making another for swap and probably more to trade. Once I have the stuff out and start going I hate to put it all away again. My art room (which is small to begin with) pretty much has a path for me to get to the chair at the moment.Stitched Sewn Swap #3.jpgStitched Sewn Swap #2.jpgStitched Sewn Swap #1.jpg

I printed my images onto the fabric using a product called stick and spray, attaching to a piece of paper and feeding through my printer. Then fixing the images afterwards.

i tried one a couple of years ago - it was the singer brand - and it was very disappointing, on a larger scale.. you have to hold the machine in one hand and hold the fabric in the other and sort of push or pull it through... of course the youtube example was easy as pie! the stitches were very wonky, and i ceremoniously pitched the device!! i am known to toss machinery in favor of handiwork, though! lol ... hope this helps

Gorgeous cards, suzyq! I'm still lurking. I moved in December (2nd time in 1 year) and threw out all my fabric scraps in my zeal to downsize...if I can find some fabric scraps at the thrift store, I will sign up...

Great cards Ann and Bex! I love the idea of printing photos on fabric, but doubt I could pull that off right now - might try it in future.

Great cards, GPG - gorgeous colours, especially like the 3rd one with squares!

Thanks Nanvan. I like the squares one best too... which is handy because it’s a lot easier cutting a square out by eye than a circle. More squares. Yep.
