OK, so I finally got my act together and got starters ready to mail out while in the US. I am sending cards to: allegrae, bluskyhare, carol, castlequeen5, cinlan, ferretgirl, lindgiese and silky1150.

Everyone is getting at least 2 sets of starters, some 3 or 4. Depends. And bluskyhare, there are a bunch of homers in your envelope, too.

Please do not feel you have to rush through these, especially if you have several sets. And if you work on some and want to hang on to them to send along to a specific person next time you mail to them, that's ok too. I'm just taking advantage of the cheaper postage while I can!

They'll go in the mail probably Monday, as I don't know if I'll get to the PO tomorrow - I may, but we are hoping to go to the zoo with my 5YO niece, so I might not...

Well folks today I made a ridiculous amount of starters.

I took a damaged fiction book written in Spanish and made starter Loteria cards. I had 3 loteria cards. I copied the 3, I had 3 times onto cream card stock.

Never heard of Loteria? See here
    http://lone-boy.com/wp/2015/01/29/the-look-of-loteria/

I didnt have all 54 items on the 3 loteria cards, as they are like bingo cards.

can send up to 3 sets person. But sense this is random you might all get some.

One has a diablo, and one has a skull cards 2 and 42. I almost left them out, but maybe someone would find them challenging.

So what is a good rule of thumb as the second player? I'm the third player on one set, and it looks like they added 2 elements to each card. Would 2-3 elements be reasonable for the 2nd player?

And for the 3rd set that I finish, do I get to name the cards with an impossibly long title, or are most cards just considered untitled?

Yes, 2 or 3 items is a good idea for person 2.

And the last player will usually leave Itrader for the players 1 and 2. And often gives it a title, even though the other players havent seen it yet. Most 3rd players dont actually write a title on the back, just in the itrader.

But writing a title on the back might be a good idea.

CQ - I would love the more challenging loteria cards - sound great. But whatever - this is random

pancake machine - in terms of what to add, it totally depends. It depends on the card, the theme, the player, what you have in your stash. The main thing I would say is just to make sure there's space on the card for the third player to add SOMETHING.

Okay - I have a set ready to go to a 3rd player. I'd like to include them with a set of Dickens starters. These are old library cards. See 1_20180819_171847-2124x1195.jpg

Would anyone like them? I only added a minimal element since these are pretty busy cards. (If it isn't enough, let me know that as well please!)

I have another set ready for a 3rd player. They are somewhat odd "bubble heads" from Collagaint Ashley- very dada!

Love Dickens. Love library cards. I'd be happy to take your set along with the starters, pancake machine.
