I have a set of homers waiting to go and I think one or two sets of seconds and starters. I've been working on cards for mrubyjean's Shakespeare swap thought (shameless plug for mrj).

    I have been worthless today.
    Distracted to the MAX.
Started to envelope up stuff to mail.
Wanted to make some starters to go with the returns.
They are half finished except for these.

    CAGirl.jpg

I had not planned to make them.
It was my first experiment with Distress Oxide.
I was not impressed and put the test page aside in my stash.
Found it today and happened on these CA girl prints I made for something else.
    It seemed a good match.
    No mail tomorrow anyway.
Maybe by the end of the week I can finish my other starters.

Lots of stuff went in the post today. Mostly to people who I had to mail homers back to - I think I sent to BluSkyHare, CastleQueen5, cinlan, mrubyjean, lindagiese, Carol. I also sent a set of starters to Collagaint Ashley. There may be someone else I forgot.

Actually did some work tonight - amazing! It was great once I got started. Who knows, we may see a new trend.

Anyway, here are three sets I finished - I did some other things as well, so I'm feeling super productive.

    The first set was bluskyhare/sweetgypsy/me

    The collage cards were blueskyhare/pancakemachine/me

And the loteria set was castlequeen5/thouartdelyrias/me

Off in the mail, with some other stuff, on Monday.

    love the cards, katelnorth!
I've been super busy in "real life" and pretty darn productive in art life, too, just like you, K.
I've completed 3 planner journal pages, 4 atcs for trade, 4 atcs for a swap, 2 coins and 2 sets of crrr coin starters since last Saturday!
Who needs coin starters? They are abstract collage, one set in brown, black, gold & white, and the other in blue, gold, black & white.
Oh, and got an awesome envelope from Allegrae in the mail today.

That is super productive, BSH, I'm impressed! In the evenings, I usually am fairly (mentally) tired from work (aren't we all) and I tend to sit and read or watch telly or go on the computer and browse around. However, I do usually get a second wind around 9 or 10 (I'm a night owl by temperament) and haven't really been putting this time to good purpose. My husband goes to bed early - he's an early riser - and with my two girls gone to uni and my son (15) often on a device or revising, there's a lot of nothing time in my evening. I think I'm going to try to be more productive with it - get up and do something (and maybe watch some netflix at the same time). Wouldn't that be a nice turn up for the books!

Last night I did the three sets I showed, added to some starters I was sent, made 3 sets of starts, made a ATCoin I owed from the PIF and made coins for an Autumn Butterfly swap. It felt a lot more productive than hanging on the sofa all night!
