Cinlan's sure been busy--I got an envelope full of homers from her (and a set of 3rds too!)--so beautiful!
AND--got a envelope of all three types from mrubyjean, too! Love the Autumn Snail.

When I make starter sets, sometimes I end up making 4 of the same, so I have some lonely "leftover" starters.
Does anyone like working on non-matching sets? (I know roadbike did, but he's on homers. Actually, I like to, too, sometimes.)

Blueskyhare, I don't mind getting mismatched cards. Its a good chance to use that ONE leftover embellishment or one digital subject. Send away!

I am all for miss matched sets.

I wanted to say that I have been a busy Beaver. I worked late into the night. When I came out into the Kitchen to go to bed, I saw it 345 AM. NOT! my clocks battery died. It was not that late. I wasn't quite Midnight, but I sure got a jolt, thinking I was Really Going overboard if I stayed up that late.

I have a few more things to finish up today

BlueSky, I am down with mismatched sets as well. Gonna move back on to active list now. All caught up and movin'...I did receive an odd envie yesterday from someone named Evelyn Rozycki...Had homers that I am not even on - they belong to Lynnda Cook? and Collagaint Ashley. There was also a set of starters of mine that I recently sent out that Evelyn added onto and sent all three back to me....

I never thought about working on truly mismatched cards (as opposed to similar themes, but slightly different, which we do all the time), but actually, it would be a fun way to use up those single bits and pieces which are leftover from sets of stuff...

(which I guess means I should state that I am happy to receive sets like that)

i think odd mismatched is a nice mutation to the original crrr idea - i know i had left over cards i started that went nowhere, a "just in case" extra kind of card, or "might as well make one more with this background"
maybe a new kind of inspiration
i am just barely starting to crawl out of the holiday doldrums
inspiration is welcome

I'm working on filling up some envelopes. Sent one to Katelnorth yesterday.

No time to work on RR's this weekend, but I did manage to get one set of swap cards completed, which is a relief, as they had a 1st Feb deadline. Next task on my To Do list is the T2T10. Looking forward to that one. And then, I think, the rest of the waiting RR cards.

Just noticed we are on message 993 or 994 - we'll be moving to a new thread soon. Can't believe it will be number 10!

I can always tell when Katelnorth sends me an envelope because she has a brown envelope. I don't even know where to begin to thank her for the contents. I got 2 homer cat coins. Do you remember a time ago when I had these comic strip like cat coins going? They were kind of funky and weird but someone had sent me a ton of them already cut. Well, I have a homer of the coin going to Allegrae soon, they came out super cute.

I also bot a home with a Leopard? That Mrubyjean worked on.

I got a few more to work on, and I am just putting this out there. I have a butterfly starter from, Kate. I think I will send it to TAD as she loves butterflies, after I work on it of course. I also love butterfly cards.

Allegrae be on the look out for some mail soon, as I few homers, and Kate sent a green masculine one you started. I do like the male themed cards, as they are rare in my collection so keep those coming.

I am slowly opening a ton a mail. I got a homer I started with map background from silky1150. I will send home the other card to maryfreeman0622 this week, it came out awesome.
