TEA FACT - Did you know that the English were coffee drinkers when the East India Company began importing tea to England? When the English taste for tea outdid coffee, Parliament levied tax on tea. Despite the expense, tea was something the British could no longer live without.

We are all new to something sometime, and I generally love the journey of learning. my artistic exception is that I always want to learn to knit or crochet, but.... alas my brain seems amazingly resistant! I somehow keep reversing my my direction, and unpicking my own work.....

TEA FACT: Queen Victoria loved her tea. During her reign, the East India Company of London controlled the tea supply and thus the Queen always had the choicest blends and freshest supplies from the first clipper ship into port annually.
