    Here are mine, I have chosen poetry and painted "in the style of"...
    1/4 Go and open the door, Miroslav Holub, in the style of Pierre Bonnard
    2/4 Hope is the thing with feathers, Emily Dickinson, in the style of Picasso
    3/4 Stand Still Stand Still, May Sarton, in the style of Van Gogh
    4/4 The peace of wild things, Wendell Berry, in the style of Henri Rousseau
    I really enjoyed this, as I am not a great one for positivity and my work is often on the dark side :(

    Oh thank you. I love doing them. As you say, you get to understand a bit about how the artist worked. I am addicted. I am finishing up the pointillism swap right now which has been mind boggling. And Frida Kahlo next :)

    Im sorry Im also going to have to withdraw, I thought Id have way more ideas for this and im afraid i wont be able to make the deadline, sorry!
     
    I just love your cards Prex79. I like the pink hair girl who is a rock star the most, even though the words in the others really do apply to my life more, like adventure and being peaceful. Notes I need to leave around for myself.
