I will be working quite late tomorrow and I'll have Hilla with me . But I will travel to my summer cabin on Thursday evening when Hilla's grandmom comes to the town and I'll have a free weekend. I really need to go to the cabin because we all three don't fit in my apartment .

Sniisk - gingerbread and Christmas tree scents sound so festive at holiday time!

Donnacr - I use a shampoo that has eucalyptus - it's such a healing plant!

I got roped into an offsite swap for ATC coins so I'll be trying those this marathon. I'd like to make them 2.5 inches. Need to check my punches and dies and see if I have any that size.

I may need to choose if I want to have my art supplies or food with me because I think I cannot carry both .

Sanna, your cabin is within city limits, so maybe you'll have to order pizza!

Linda, happy birthday to your husband! How sweet of him to offer to postpone the celebration because of your art.

My husband has WORK this weekend and that can't be postponed, I'm afraid! But I hope to still have some craft time. Maybe get the kids inspired, too.
Welcome to take a look at my blog, Instagram account and APC wishlist!

That's true . I need to prefer art supplies first! Luckily I have quite good amount of everything already there and I don't need too many supplies with me.

I am afraid that I could not find any volcanoes or eruptions for today's theme - does it count that my craft room now looks as though it has erupted?
Here are my first cards for this Athon. I am trying to use backgrounds that have been lying around for too long and all pictures have been taken from one of my cross-stitch brochures.

We are finally back home. I may share later some pics of my quite special working day in an island. Something totally different compared to my normal job in the office .

Beautiful cards so far - will try to make at least 1 or 2 tonight, although I don't think I have anything for the volcano theme...

    More volcanoes:

Attachment 195675 ATART 4: Mt. Vesuvius, Pompeii, Italy. One summer I worked as a volunteer archaeologist in Pompeii. There was even an evacuation plan for us in case of another eruption. When I was there, they assured us that as foreigners, every effort would be made to get us out first should the volcano blow again. We even had volcano eruption drills! The famous eruption was in 79 CE. TRADED

Attachment 195674 ATART 5: Santa Maria Volcano, Guatemala. I was in Guatemala a few years ago and as the days went by we could see more and more steam coming from the top of the volcano. The day after we left, the volcano erupted and air travel was cancelled for a number of days because of the ash in the air.
