We never laugh at our fellow artists, artchick501, unless they tell a really funny joke! So glad you're going to play. I'm hoping I'll be able to do a card or two at least.

I will publish a list of needed (special) items on Monday. I still try to make some better tasks because I want to have some harder ones too .

Hi! One idea for a bit more demanding task could be making a collage by cutting/tearing papers only - they can be colored and patterned, but no printed images can be used - you make the item you want to depict entirely from paper pieces. Prex79 is hosting a swap where this is called paper painting - here's her description of the technique, I hope it is ok to borrow:

"Collage: The idea is to use torn or cut paper to "paint" your subject. For example, if you decide to create an ATC of a flower, you would use different papers to create the different colors, highlights, and shadows of your flower. You would not cut out images of flowers and collage them onto your card."

I am drawn to trying more of this technique because it would challenge us to think of items in very simple forms, and what can be created would not depend on our existing stash of images.
Welcome to take a look at my blog, Instagram account and APC wishlist!

It's always fun to notice how similar ideas people have sometimes. Something similar is on the list .

I was wondering would it be OK if I copy a link to an image of someone's card made during this a-thon and put links to the list of tasks as examples?

By the way, it has been quite hard to move close to my home today because Mr. Trump is closing all the ways . The presidents met about a mile away from my home.

I like how you clarified the rules

Very important: Mention the task (both the number and description so I won't miss it) you have completed when posting a picture. You can put max three tasks in one creation but remember to mention them all.

I will make marks in the thread to show you when I have counted points so far. When you see the mark, you know that I'm noy going to look back anymore. If you change anything in your earlier posts, remember to send a message after that.

1 point per task if nothing else is told in the task. Total 100 points. You can get points from one task once only
    .

By ink do you mean ink for the rubber stamp? Actually, I don't think I have a rubber stamp. Can I use some foam shapes and put them on cardboard instead? I have to see how my india ink is, so I could put it on a sponge...should work for an inkpad. Would this be OK?
I better get looking around the house...time to start is getting near!
