    Ok... I have 3 tea bags, emptied and drying in the kitchen. I’m hoping to experiment over the weekend. I’ll let you know how it goes

    Nope, no need to fasten the tea bag to the backing. The backing will just provide a surface to write your information, and to help protect the tea bag in transport.

    I'm joining Bishopsmate on the couch. I have teabags, but they're all totally opened. I love to use them as layers in my work. Love the vintage, sepia color. I've never actually drawn or painted on them, though.
    First I'm going to have to "make" new bags and not open them completely, then I'll have to see what I can create!

    in my gallery are some tea bags I made last year - the watercolor and micron bled, but I think it added to the charm!1_100_9297.jpg

    I'm going to try to finish up the two I've started, this weekend. I have added the watercolor and need to add the pen. Just so busy with holiday preparations right now!
