Wykyd, yes to clarify- you are able to use any of your own supplies when making your cards, you just have to incorporate any 3 items from my stash on each card. There's a lot to read and I understand how you might have missed that...have you already made them?

Thank you and yes, I have! I incorporated the 3 things, paint, etc. I was SO excited when I got my little envie that I got started right away. And then after finishing I realized I might not have been able to use other things.

I just almost kept that last one...

    Karr3ll's Cards

Here are some cards that arrived in the mail! I love the polka dots Karr3ll used on each of her cards, especially the added dimention on the girls dress on the friend card. Very inventive and it made the dress look way better! Great Job Karr3ll!

    NancyL's Cards

These are Nancy's Cards that arrived in the mail this last week. I really enjoyed the paint techniques on these cards. I'm not sure how you did it, especially on the imagine card but it looks really cool. NancyL designed these to be horizontal, but I think they look cool vertically as well. Thanks Nancy!

I goofed as well! I just finished my cards (for the most part) and unfolded the slip that came with the stash and noticed that on the bottom half said to incorporate paint... Question..Does a paint pen, Vintage Gel Medium, or Glitter Brush pen count at all?

OK, cancel that! I just put some iridescent gold paint on all of them and it actually made me like them better!!

I’m glad to hear it worked out! I’ve had the same experience with paint, I think it does improve the overall look...Kind of pulling it all together…

I have started with backgrounds, from a master board that, I used paint on. Ok that is as far as I have progressed with this swap.

Maybe tomorrow. I am working on Hey Maggies trashy swap today. (I made the master board last night)

At least 2 of my cards had parts of acrylic pours/smears on them. I do them on yupo so I can cut them into pieces for cards or ATCs. I also painted white over patterned paper.
