A little inspiration... who else loves the memories of Nursery Rhymes, the ppl that read them to us, the kids we’ve shared them with... these will be truly magical cards

Still thinking about which ones I want to illustrate, what a wonderful list you posted! Many of those I never heard of before, might be fun to look some of them up.

What a wonderful idea CiCi...

Wise Old Owl (Nursery Rhyme)

A wise old owl sat in an oak,
The more he heard, the less he spoke;
The less he spoke, the more he heard;
Why aren't we all like that wise old bird?

Cobbler, cobbler,

Cobbler, cobbler mend my shoe
Get it done by half past two.
Half past two is much too late,

Get it done by half past eight.

Cobbler, cobbler, mend my shoe

Get it done by half past two.
Stitch it up and stitch it down
And I'll pay you a shiny crown

That’s a great one! Here’s one not on the list:

Merry little maid,
Eyes of baby blue.
Forget-me-nots in bloom
Make me think of you.

I got my cards made so will you sign me up Karr311, please :)! These Graphic45-images were just perfect for this swap! The Finnish postal service is starting a strike on Monday and it´s going to last for two weeks (I really hope not a day longer), so I won´t mail my cards until the strike has ended. But I think they will get there on time! Will pm for your address!
