Wow! These are very cool! Love the one you did too CiCi! Did you glue the fabric to the board? And hem, it looks like you stitched and stuffed your first ones. Am I right? This is very intriguing!

Smidgen, I haven’t made any yet - you must be misreading a post. But I also wondered if Hem’s first example had cloth and stitching around the edges - intriguing!

HHC glad you're here lurking around~Bluesky, Rosa, Miss Fame, and Smidgen too!

    notinkansas - you're signed up - yay!

and Smidgen...yes, the first set I made was for the winter 3D swap, which I made out of fabric and stitched. I loved making them so much I thought they would be fun in a swap. All of my other examples are painted/mixed media/fabric right on cardboard/cardstock. I used glue and some stitching as well....

Okay, I need help. When I print, it doesn't fill the 8.5x11 page. The pattern ends up coming out about 2 inches long, rather than 3.5 inches. Any suggestions? I also tried printing it at work and had the same issue.

I also tried to print, but I ended up with a blank page. I'm not sure what I should try.

I also attempted to print and had issues. So instead, I created a screenshot of the template and pasted into Microsoft Word. Under images, I readjusted until it was the full size of the page. Once I printed, I used a ruler to measure the image on the bottom far right to make sure it was the correct size (there are lines and dimensions on the print out). Mine turned out perfectly using this method.
So now I'm experimenting to see if my creations turn out cute enough. If so, then I will officially sign up.

But as I understand it, we are also able to do our own simple shapes of a body, wings and face, just so it can be cut and glued together and will fit into an ATC sleeve. Thought I’d better double check before I begin....

Thank you so much, Miss Fame. I did the same thing, and it worked this time.

you guys are awesome! thanks for all the help last night!!
If you're still having trouble printing....just PM me your email and Ill send it that way (I'm thinking that resizing it for the web changed the dimensions).
TrinaLD - I hope you stay with us!!
CiCi - yes, you are welcome to come up with you own simple shapes, as long as it fully fits a standard ATC sleeve.

Here are the ones I made. I was drawn to using distress ink, gel pen, gelli plate w/acrylic paints, micro beads, sequins, and cute feathers in my collection.
If they work please sign me up.
