With the advent of the Corona Virus, and so many people getting ill, some of us been thinking that we would like to make a card to share healing and protection with those who need it (and who doesn't these days!?).

Making a card to share healing and protection with those who need it, is a wonderful idea.
Another idea might be trading healing and protection ATCs (and/or) coins among ourselves.
That way more people would be involved with creating, giving, and receiving.
It would be fun, and hopefully it would be healing, for lots of us to make these cards.

    Hence this swap.

Someone told me they were not aware of any forms of healing and/or protection
Here are just a few that immediately come to mind:

Acorns in your pocket, on the windowsill
    Bells over doorways
    Cricket kept as pets
    Figa
    Gargoyles Protect Buildings
    Hamsa Amulet
    Healing Hand
    Horseshoes
    Jack-O-Lanterns protect against evil
Ravens (on the grounds) protect the British Monarchy
    Salt Toss Protection
    Spiral Healing and Protection

    CRICKETS

In China, the cricket serves as a watchdog.
At any sign of danger, the cricket will stop chirping

Crickets are kept in cages in the house.
They are believed to bring good fortune when kept inside as pets

    Horseshoes
    Horseshoes have a dual history
Superstitious people in all cultures believe hanging a horseshoe brings good luck.
(They differ as to whether the points go up or should hang down).
It is less known that the horseshoe has a long history of being a symbol of protection.
It is recorded as far back as the 16th century that one should hang horseshoes all around the front door for protection against the Devil, all evil and epidemics.
Horseshoe is on a brad that spins down so card fits into ATC sleeve.
Card created by An.M.Sudyka in an earlier swap.

    Lurkers welcome.
You could make some of your Healing Hand Stamped cards if you like.
You already have a head start.

Hello! I finished a card for this swap - "dream without fear" featuring a dream catcher, a Native American item traditionally hung over a cradle for protection.
