(Theme guideline below)

*Each ATC must be the standard ATC size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches
*Cards must be STURDY and each in an individual plastic sleeve
*Card designs must be original, unique, and in the EXACT requested theme of your group members
*You must be willing to work on all the other themes in your group
*Make a card for each of the members of your group in their chosen theme and you’ll receive a card of your chosen theme in return from each of them

*Cards are to be in my hands on/before July 16, 2020.

On the back of your cards, each ATC MUST be labeled with the swap name, your username, your group number and the name of your recipient.
You may also choose to include the date, your real name and location, and any other info you feel is relevant.

Theme Guidelines:

Easy/Regular Themes: Easy themed: it is easy to think up a card, usually with no research: for example dragons, dogs, houses, flowers, etc. Regular themes: require a little more thought and perhaps a little research but are not difficult to find a drawing reference or collage image for. Where a generic dog would be an easy theme a specific breed would be a regular theme. If house would be an easy theme, log cabin would be a regular theme.

Challenging Themes: require research and reference. Examples are real people, scenes or characters from books, movies, tv shows, video games etc. Beyond generic dog, or specific dog breed, but perhaps “draw MY dog” or something more obscure such as dogs owned by presidents. A specific artist or style, an exact location. Themes that are difficult to interpret like illustrate a song, poem or quote. It’s always helpful to include a link to an internet reference. Any questions on where your theme lies just ask.

Mailing Guidelines:
Please PM me for my address when you’re are ready to send

USA MAILERS: Include a SASE envelope with enough postage to cover your returns: recommended at the very least, one forever stamp per each group joined (more if bulky)

INTERNATIONAL MAILERS: I will take $1 USA or a Global USA stamp per group joined

(I also have a PayPal and Venmo if either sender would prefer to pay postage that way)

A host ATC would be cherished but is never required to play.

After you have received your returns please make sure to leave an iTrader for your host (me) AND for each participant in your group.

Ok, if Terri’s in, so am I! Group 1 please. Theme - Whimsical mama and baby owl

Welcome new players, and thank you smallgirl for the update. Others, if you signed up and haven't yet given a theme or APC card numbers please remember to do so within 48hours

Groups are filling up fast but we have a flex group in number 8. If a group you wanted was full, still let me know and with enough interests we will label group 8 with said category.

All groups have now been updated... There was a glitch when updating from my phone that caused the input of some of your sign-ups not to register upon saving. Having redone it from my computer it looks like all is good now, apologies for any confusion.
