Puzzle Pieces Trash to Treasure style. Due SEPT 9th, 2020

    Due Date: SEPT 9th, 2020

    No withdrawal!
3:3 puzzle pieces, included in the envelope to you.
LIMITED TO 18 players. FULL NO WATING LIST
PUZZLE PIECE TRASH TO TREASURE Mixed Media, collage

    PUZZLE PIECE TRASH TO TREASURE

Once you have signed up and have been sent your envelope from my Trashy stash, you are committed to finish the swap. Late returns or no returns will receive a neutral iTrader. I am swapping out after the mail comes on the due date no exceptions.

This is a mixed media swap, made on enclosed puzzle pieces. You may add, hand drawn, doodles or zentangles to accent your puzzle pieces. No abstract puzzles pieces. You must have a focal point or theme. If you need tips, aim for a word, and an image that coordinate, add accents. Ask yourself does this tell a story? I hope this helps.

ABOUT THE PUZZLE PIECES, These puzzle pieces are about 2.40 inches wide, and about 3 inches tall, and fit nicely inside an atc sleeve. Size and shape may vary. I bought the kids puzzles, New, still in the package, I didnt clean up my kids messy room. (btw no young kids at home, anyway).

I have 4 atc sleeves taped together, along side each other, each with one puzzle piece in one sleeve.

This taped configuration will be inside a craft type envelope with all the stash/trash items

KEY POINT: Besides merely gluing down the Trash items, I have enclosed, to the puzzle pieces, that I have also enclosed; you must use some form of ink or paint. It doesnt count to use the pieces I have sent that are already painted, inked. You must add some of your own. Ink the edges, use a pen to trace something, add some paint to something. Get it? No? ask questions.

KEY POINT: Please use at least two trash items per puzzle piece, from the stuff I mailed, and list them in tiny hand writing on the back of your puzzle piece. I will provide a list here, not in the envelope.

KEY POINT: Also add your AFA user name to the back of the puzzle piece.

KEY POINT:which side is the back? That is up to you. You may use either side, you may cover it with paint, gesso or paper, or you may work with the images given on the puzzle piece. No additional backing is needed these are firm enough.
TO SIGN UP you must do 2 things!

    1. Post in the tread to sign up that you have read all the requirements and are aware that this is a no withdrawal swap, and that any withdrawal or late cards will receive a neutral iTrader, and that reimbursement for initial mailing costs. (Sorry but this can add up over time, and I dont want to upset hubby with my hobby expenses)

    2. Send me your address, (unless you are on The CRRR list), please dont assume, I have saved your address, this just delays the mailings. ONCE I get your address in my INBOX I will send you an envelope of miscellaneous items from my stash.

    POSTING TO THE THREAD

After reading this, I do have a question. When you talk about gluing the puzzle pieces, do we glue them to an ATC? Maybe I'm missing something but I'm not quite clear on that. Thanks!

This swap is in the Mail art swap and is not atcs. It is a puzzle piece swap. I re-read what I wrote, and didnt change it. The part about gluing means, gluing items to the puzzle piece. I just dont want players to just glue things down to the puzzle piece but my aim is to have them make a piece or art on a puzzle piece.

That is a good question. I will add the info to the swap description.

They fit nicely one per atc sleeve so about 2.5 wide maybe 2.4 times maybe 3 inches high. Size and shape may vary.

I did buy them new, still in the package, Not extra pieces from my kids floor.

I have 4 atc sleeves taped together, along side each other, inside a craft type envelope with all the stash/trash items.
