I am sooo annoyed at myself. I have spent a good chunk of two days searching for things I know I have. I found one, after I decided to work around it. The other was a, "ADMIT ONE ticket". I have found a bunch of tickets both real and decorative digital image ones and none say admit one. Grrrrr I Need it for one of my Hang Ups. I guess I will try to make a fake one.

My Mini Journal hang up is all done. The book has two signatures in it, and is hand stitched. I covered the cover with spiderweb tule glitterside down and sealed with gel medium. Title Plate is Embossed in Gold. I am adding glossy accents to make fake book corners, and used Glossy Accents, Wink of Stella and Stickles glitter glue through out to accent the wonderful digitals.

I had to work out a problem I had when making my Far East Journal. The pages are printed one side because I am very picky about what page goes where in the book. I also found I have problems keeping the pages smooth after gluing two pages together then folding them into the signatures. So for this I cut the back side of the pages in half and carefully glued them on either side of the fold of the front page. Then I inked the fold and edges. I hope this method will work for my larger journals.

Here is the awesome digitals I started with. https://www.etsy.com/listing/7668902...search_2&crt=1

Linda, that altered book is AWESOME! I think we've all been there when you KNOW you have something particular somewhere...and you just can't find it. No matter how much I try to organize my stash, gah!

The original images are so very cool. I can see why they spooked...spoke to you!

Thank you I am addicted to the digital journals. But like I said I have had issues with two sided pages. I printed most one sided because I wanted to add my own art on the backs, and organize the order the images fell in the books. But I found that many mediums I used were too wet for the digitals. They would soak through and cause the ink to bleed or just have the color bleed through.

I ordered a couple kits from the woman that runs the Friendly Junk Journal People Facebook group. and she uses really heavy cardstock to print on. I have mixed feeling about that. They make good tags and such, but I prefer the pages to be more flexible. I guess I am just too picky.

So I have all these digital journal pages sitting but haven't completed the books. I tried Glue sticks and after awhile the pages separated, but wet glue made them wrinkle. On this mini I just glued the edges of the split page to pack of the front page and got the results I wanted. I will try it with the larger journal, but I think on the digitals I have not printed yet I am going to be making more Mini's. Besides I am more into the art and creativity of these journals than actually using them to journal. LOL

The challenges of digital journals, wow I feel you! I have had the same trouble with images that aren't on sturdy cardstock warping or bleeding. And then I discovered a gluestick to beat all gluesticks: UHU!

Knock on wood, but since I started using this higher-end brand, I haven't had anything come undone (to my knowledge anyway.) They come in a variety of sizes. And there are some BIG ones that make glueing larger pieces especially easy. They're pricey, but worth it.

watercolor background, the circle is a single die, but like the skellie I stacked several layers on top of each other making a nice thick image.
