    I am not sure what is up with the mail?

    I mailed cards in July for another swap and they have yet to show up .. and then others get to their destination quicker than I expected.
     
    I wish I knew what was up with the mail......
    It would be nice to know how soon one had to mail to meet deadlines.
    For a while there were 2 or 3 states that habitually took longer transit times, but now it is anyone's guess.
