I'm game for joining in with Group 3. This looks like loads of fun and I can sure use some more fun these days!

Please copy/paste & answer these questions when you sign up:

    1. What are your favorite Halloween themes?

Costumed people and/or animals, curiosity cabinets with lots of strange and curious things, fortune tellers, Frankenstein, Dracula, ghosts, inspired by Edgar Allen Poe, Addams Family, spooky landscapes (may include cemeteries, headstones, old gnarled trees, moons, bats, owls, etc. - this is pretty open), Jack O Lanterns, haunted or just spooky old houses.

    2. What type of gifts do you prefer?

No real preferences, but I love things that move and little mini books and ornaments I can hang on my little tree. Whatever you enjoy making will be treasured!

    3. What themes or types of gifts would you rather NOT receive?

Nothing too gross or satanic or too religious.

Wow y'all are really on it!
I have so many ideas, I just need to start putting them into action!

Also, it occured to me that I need to post a Sign up by date to give group 3 some closure lol. I am making that August 20th, so if anyone has a friend or two that would like to finish out our last group, get em in here!

Well, I said I had an idea for everyone, and now all of a sudden I have lots of additional ideas, and start wondering which thing would this person like better. I probably just need to begin, and not overthink this!

Ok. It's been a minute and 2 cross country moves but Halloween is my favorite and I feel compelled to join this, if you will have me.

I'll take that last spot in Group 3, if it's still open. : )
I have a lot of available ATCs! Some of them are quite old, and most of them are quite strange. Let's trade! (gallery updated 8/25/2021)

    1. What are your favorite Halloween themes?

Ravens, black cats, skulls, Edgar Allan Poe, fully moon/spooky skies, zombies. And, if it's weird, then I'll love it whether it's one of these themes or not. : )

    2. What type of gifts do you prefer?

I will love whatever you're comfortable making, but I prefer ornaments or small shrines or artwork I can hang or frame.

    3. What themes or types of gifts would you rather NOT receive?

No jewelry, no jack o' lanterns or pumpkins as a focal point, no owls. I don't love cutesy. Surfaces are at a premium in my studio, so shelf-sitting stuff is my least favorite.

Two down and two to go. Are we posting pics, or is it a surprise, or is that up to each recipient (whether they would like to see or be surprised at the end)?

My vote is to post pics after the swap ends. This helps keep it a surprise. But I can go either way. I will wait for what our hostess decides.

I have 2 gifts done and Im beyond proud of these! Seriously proud!

I agree with Miss Fame. I like the element of surprise, and we all do our best work, regardless of what we think we're getting in return!

I started my gifts last night, and if I do say so myself, they are inspired. I love them! LOL!
