In Phoenix, we really didnt have a change of seasons. I know some of you find that hard to believe or even imagine. It was Hotter than Hell, in the summer. When it got be 70, we would get out a sweater. Winter was usually just a sweater. The leaves didnt change, there were not those kind of trees. Spring you could notice, and in the winter we had lots of citrus. People with lemon, grapefruit, limes and oranges, ran out of friend and food banks to give away their citrus.
I missed the fall leaves since I moved here in 1988. Now in south east AZ we have more of a climate change. It gets cold enough to turn on the heater or start a fire.
I feel bad for folks that have lived their whole life in an area that doesn't have seasonal changes. It's one thing to choose to live in an area like that, but I think everyone should experience the beauty of all four seasons at least once in their lifetime.

And sometimes we get to experience them all within a couple of days!

I have literally just experienced this: Last week was lovely spring weather, Thursday reached high 70's, woke up to 4 inches of snow yesterday and now it's rain mixed with hail. Weird.
My Moos went in the mail today. Unfortunately my scanner only saved 1 of the 2 scans I made so I am unable to show you my Summer/Autumn Moos. trini70 - would it be possible for you to scan them and send me a picture when you received them?
Nice MOOs Donna! I appreciate you thinking of me w/ a host gift. I understand about the muse wandering off. I haven't made mine yet, but I have some mental ideas. Hopefully they'll turn out okay.
I can scan them when they get here, and I'll try to figure out how to send them to you. I'm not very computer savvy. I expect it's pretty easy though. I figured out how to send Carol scanned pics for the swap gallery once, so I can surely do this.
