Piggles told me about an excellent book about drawing dragons. Though it is a too late to be helpful for this swap, it has lots of instruction which will be helpful for another dragon swap. The book is Drawing Fantastic Dragons by Sandra Staple. She tells how to achieve the basic body shape for western and eastern dragons, plus specifics about eyes, scales, feet, wings, and anything else about dragon body parts. She also explains how to successfully color and shade your dragon drawing.

(with apologies to other people following this thread because it has nothing to do with our dragons....

For some reason, my mail to you does not seem to be going through. I have received THREE emails from you about our ATART trades, but I just now checked my "sent" mailbox and I see that only the very first reply went through. I sent these by using the "Reply with quote" method, so maybe that was the problem?

Then I tried sending a direct Private message yesterday. I just checked my "Sent Items" and nothing went through. This is SO odd. And such a pain because another ATART is coming up and we ALWAYS trade during ATARTS.

Part way through that last ATART I cleaned my mailbox, and then a glitch happened and all my deleted items came back. I don't know if that is part of the problem.

I am going to clean up my mailbox again, and try again, but I am hoping that you are following this swap and get my message. I need to write down that card number again, but I requested one with clocks....June Hunt #34.
