Theme:
Earth to all artists! This swap will focus on the wonders of geology. Cards can feature any interpretation of:
- Rocks
- Minerals/gemstones
- Land forms
- Lakes & rivers
- Mountains
- Fossils
- Meteorites/craters
- Natural hazards (earthquakes, landslides, volcanoes)
- Natural resources
- Famous earth scientists
You can find more information and inspiration here. Note: This is not a biology swap (plants and creatures). Your focus should be earth’s natural structures, as listed above. Exception: It’s OK to celebrate famous geologists and their contributions to the discipline. Post any questions about the theme in the thread, or feel free to PM me.
Cards should be ATCs, not APCs, coins or shaped cards.
Requirements
- Send 3 or 6 cards.
- Your name, user name, swap name, location on the back of each card
- Cards must be 2.5" x 3.5".
Media
All media are welcome, except for exclusively digital cards, prints or photography. Please keep cards flat. No bulky embellishments! I will do my best to match medium for medium when swapping.
Mailing
- Do not send envelopes. I will provide them.
- Include a large self-addressed label and adequate postage.
- PM me for my address when you are ready to mail. My North Babylon, NY, address is correct.
Postage
U.S. players: Please include one forever stamp for 3 cards; add an extra forever stamp (or 2 additional-ounce stamps) for 6 cards.
International players: Please include one U.S. global forever stamp or $1 (U.S.) for 3 cards, 2 global forever stamps or $2 (U.S.) for 6 cards.
Deadlines/iTrader
Cards must be received by August 30, 2022. Please allow sufficient transit time, as late cards will be returned.
A host card is appreciated, but in no way required. If I’ve missed anything here, please PM me.
