This is the type of card I have. Is it ok. The tab didn't show up on the scan. (genius scan).

with the tab it is 4 inches

I would make it go horizontal the tab being on the right

Lurking... Is there a place to buy blanks or a template? Or just use background material cut to the proper size. Do we put hole or not put holes on the bottom?

Terri I think your example would work.
Let's not punch holes until we get returns. That way everyone can place the holes where they need to be for their particular rolodex.
Haagmm you can probably buy blanks at an office supply store or on Amazon. In my opinion they are flimsy. Mine are cut on cardstock using a divider as a pattern. That's why there is a little tab at the top.

This sounds interesting but I have a question: does "no digital" include clipart? I have sheets of clipart that are all digital downloads so can I use that or not?

Clipart is fine. I use that too. My meaning for digital is something that is created entirely on a computer and printed out.
