2 days and I'm a complete wreck today. I know everything will be fine on Saturday, but I'm in kind of a meltdown mode today. Tandy, I've not yet mailed your EAU. I'm wondering what happened to the Halloween postcards I mailed out about 2 weeks ago. Seems more should have been received by now. If not received soon, I'll make replacements and send them out.
Oh no! I hope that things are not too bad...Sending good juju your ways gals <3 Trina I did get your postcard...I just got back from my trip. I've been pretty busy catching up here at home...but I will enter my trader points tonight. I'm going out the door at this moment!
Most of my Halloween-time art has landed, so here's a group pic of the Man in the Moon postcards. Hope the recipients have had a chance to catch them "glowing-in-the-dark."

Do we need to “charge” the paint to reveal it’s spooky properties? If so, does it require sunlight or lamp light?
I sent my envie last week to Miss Iowa. Beautiful stuff being posted.
.
I have a lot of drama going on at work, not by me, but stuff happening. Thinking about looking for something else. But is hard to find a part time with my hours...
Trina, glad to hear that! I know you were a little bit worried about how it was gonna go.
Suntrade, hope you can find something better. I guess the silver lining is that its not your drama.
As for me, I've been trying to do a lot of gardening. The 'ol dust bowl is taking shape. The only thing that is sorta holding me back is Fall allergies! I never get them, but for whatever reason, it's like spring for me right now Gah! I worked in the yard all day yesterday. I feel like I'm paying for it more today than yesterday. My face feels wrecked! LOL! Oh well...like I said...garden is taking shape LOL!
On Monday, I received my October EAUfrom LindyLu! This one is a striking vintage Jack, Halloweenie goodness. It is safe to post it now, if you would like. Thanks again.
I hope mine arrives soon, I am feeling so anxious about my first envie!
Today I received my final Halloween postie, from Fandanie! It must be the year of the Jack. This one has the most cheerful and humorous expression, and fabulous textures. Thank you!
I hope we do these posties again next year, I love Halloween mail Art.
And, I caught nanner’s full moon glowing in the dark last night!
Oh Mel, I know all too well about allergies! I have found that wearing my double masks outside when I'm working in the yard has been really helpful. I guess I can thank Covid for that piece of information as well. Maybe give it a try? I take allergy meds but they don't keep everything away and pollens are really high right now for some reason. Some rain would be really nice!
I received a very fun, Halloween EAU postcard from Fandanie in yesterday's mail! I'll add it to my collection. I think I'll have to set these all on the branches of the holiday tree (right now, Halloween and fall, sometimes Valentine's and Christmas and winter, and sometimes summer)
Oh, I almost forgot. So I had emailed the congressman one day about a concern I have. Yesterday, can you believe it, I received an actual letter in an actual envelope from the congressman's office. I was so excited! I opened the envelope, removed the letter and realized that the office didn't directly address my original concern. I was excited that they took the time and I had really given up on ever hearing from them. After all, it had been a while since I'd written. I emailed a response and wanted to let them know I had received the letter on October 25, 2022 that was dated June 28, 2022 and was appreciative that the USPS didn't take a full 4 months to deliver this letter. I suggested that the congressman look into the slowdowns and cuts at the USPS while addressing my original concern. Yep, just 3 days shy of 4 months for that letter to get from Washington, D.C. to Sacramento, CA. Go figure!
Oct envie, from my partner jezebelle, has arrived & it's such fun. It's a city of tall buildings made out of strips of painted book pages with skeletons & crossbones & a big full moon, all on a purple background. Thanks partner!
