Welcome to the 2022 Mid-NOV PAT!
Please read ALL below.
Do your best to follow all guidelines.
Ask questions if need be.
PAT Guidelines:
1. In order to participate in this PAT, you must:
-Have an established iTrader rating of +15.
-Have received no negatives within the past 6 months.
-Have received no neutrals within the past 3 months.
2. Themes must be chosen within 48 hours of joining the swap. This means you can join a group, but think about your theme for 2 days.
3. You may only join one group for this PAT.
4. Each card must be the standard ATC size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches, and on sturdy paper.
5. Each card must be original and unique. Send cards you’d be happy to receive! No white backgrounds. No stickers. No bulky embellishments.
6. You must follow the themes requested by your group participants exactly. Theme is the main focus of a PAT, so no deviations from theme requests are allowed. If a player requests a green cat and a blue one is submitted, it will be returned. If you have questions, ask in the thread or via a PM.
7. Each card must be in an individual plastic sleeve. (6 inchies can go in 1 sleeve.)
8. Each card should be labeled with the swap name, your username, your real name, date of creation, your location, group number, and recipient name.
Mailing Info:
1. Please mail cards in a business sized envelope, spreading the cards over the space of the envelope.
2. Please use washi tape to secure your set.
3. You may send a SASE, or an address label and postage. Either is fine.
4. If you are mailing from the U.S., one Forever stamp is due.
5. If you are mailing internationally, please provide either 1 Global U.S. Forever stamp or 1 well-concealed $1 bill.
6. When you are ready to mail your cards, please private message me for my address. If you have it, it has not changed.
7. A host card would be greatly appreciated and loved, but is not required.
8. Please write your username and group number on the back of your envelope(s). It helps me organize!
9. Remember that feedback is different in a PAT. You do not leave Rep/ You Rock points. Leave iTraders for me + the other artists in your group!! It is a trade. PM if you have any questions on this.
A Final Note:
I will not wait for your cards. This is a stern on-time PAT. Late cards will be returned. You run the risk of Neutral or Negative iTraders from your group members.

Another question for group 6… is it 6 inchies for each person in your group?
-
JuJu and Monroy28 - you're singed up.
Yes, inchies are 6:6. Good question.
jez - would LOVE to have you play.

and… I have more questions. (sorry)
Do the following PAT Guidelines apply to inchies as well?
7. Each card must be in an individual plastic sleeve.
- my preferred method for shipping inchies is to make a small folder for a group of six, or washi tape six inchies to 1 “card” and put that in a sleeve. I know there are other great ways to protect and ship inchies as well (shout out to Robin). There’s even a thread about shipping inchies around here somewhere.
8. Each card should be labeled with the swap name, your username, your real name, date of creation, your location, group number, and recipient name.
- this one seems a bit much for the back of one/each inchie.
-
So.... Please place 6 inchies for each player in 1 penny sleeve.
On the back, put mid-NOV PAT with your username, that's it. Easy peasy.
ANNNDDDD, don't be sorry, Here to host!
