The laces are pieces that I have gathered at antique fairs etc over the years, sometimes they are really yellowed with age and would not have worked on this piece, but I did manage to dig through the stash and locate some whiter pieces! As these pieces are old this is likley thier last use, so I thought it fitting that they be used in a piece called Winter.

That's a beautiful piece Pippin. We went for a drive last week when it was really cold and saw snow on the distant hills. I have some handmade crochet from from MIL which I am going to incorporate into a quilt for Holly when I get round to it.

She certainly is. She likes to pick up leaves and dirt and give them to you. She has a little park just across from her house and it has a playgym in it. I think she would live there if she could LOL

Wonderful to know Winter has made it. I think that completes our journey. Thanks ladies for hanging in, I'm so glad we did, it has been a wonderful journey. I treasure each one of my pages and display them on easels around our home each season....I love each one of them.
