How to Leave Rep Easily

Yep. Weird glitch. I found the user on another thread, went to "You Rock", and now the error I get is, "You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to [username] again." Somehow, I gave rep without ever seeing the dialogue box to give rep; I would have preferred to leave a message! What can I say. Sighs. What a dork.

I've been getting several of those "blank" you rock points lately too. When I asked one person about the blank 'rock' -I needed to offer to repair a card- she said she had filled it in and had no idea why it was blank. Go figure.. :-/
