Real Estate Section: CHUNKY houses and accessories

Are you into chunkies? How about chunky houses? Now how about chunky trees, neighbors, cars, fences, etc. to accessorize them with? Well then, this is the thread for you.

Post your REAL ESTATE AD HERE

Specs:
4 x 4 chunky page, with roof made of a half chunky cut on the diagonal. Feel free to chunk them up, chunk them down, chunk on the back if ya want!! these are for dimensional artworks. If you prefer to do or receive chunky light, please list it in your add so that someone who is interested can PM you for trading. Otherwise I would stick with typical chunky rules - Remember, you don't know for sure how other traders are going to display their chunkies so please be courteous and leave the standard 1/2 inch on the left side free of "chunk", in case they want to make a book. Please note, if you prefer chunkies without the roof overhang (straight up/down without the 1/2 in on the sides-easier for book binding), please list that in your post as well. Here is one example of without roof overhang - this one happens to open up and have a scene inside but that is not necessary.

Trees, cars, fences, gates, shrubbery, garages, flowergardens for the above can be made and traded as well, if you want these items please list in your posting what accessories you would like to collect

See a house you'd like or an artist you'd like to 'build' you a home? Arrange all trades via PM. Give iTrader just as you would for cards - 1 iTrader per envelope, regardless of the number of pages, accessories etc., in the trade. If someone flakes out on you - and we know NO ONE EVER DOES THAT, you should leave neutral iTrader and PM them to give them a chance to make right.

DO post images of houses and accessories you'd like to trade in this thread (and in Mail Art: Available for Trade gallery if you like). PLEASE delete houses, etc. from this thread (or move them to your traded items in your gallery) as they are traded to avoid confusion and disappointment.

Open to all media types but prefer for there to be an element of HD/HP on the chunky, also available for international trades. I have never bound my chunkies so whatever appeals to the artist, appeals to me (considering the 1/2, no 1/2, etc).

Theme: odd/weird/out of place/more unusual the better for my newest subdivision.

Comments: I just completed my first chunky house (spook house)... check it out in my gallery!! I think I will continue to look in the "ads" for inspiration on my chunky houses (so be on the look out for one meant for you!). I am also thrilled with the concept of accessories (check out my storm cloud below which is still up for grabs- linked below appr 3 1/2x 1 1/2 not including the hanging gems). Also, depending on my time/availability...Give my gallery a look-sie and if you would like to request "construction" on a house, shoot me a PM and we can work something out as my subdivision has available lots!!! (also... just a note... really love a challenge - if I can pull it off- so please don't hesitate to throw down!)

Comments: I love to have any type of art, I am making a book so I just need a 4" side to bind, roofs can be higher than 4" of a chunky.... Since the roof is cut on a 4x4 would not be bindable it can be flat or added to to make the base 4"

Just a quick heads up (will post my ad later)

iTrader IS only one per swop, BUT, if you have included more than one swop in an envelope to save on postage, then they ALL get iTrader.

Example:
Two chunky houses plus a PIF Chunky equals two iTraders.

I do not feel comfortable with chunky houses. I tried another one and they are BIG
to big for me, so I will go back to MOO houses, love this size more.
Will check now and then to admire the houses posted!

OK I am probably going to get myself into trouble here. I just came up with an idea. I am having an informal retirement party for my husband on June 5th. I will trade with anyone who can get me a house here by June 2nd, but it may take me a bit longer to get all returns done if I have a lot of trades....

THEME: RETIREMENT VILLAGE: (Matt is a black haired, big man with glasses he was a Wildland Firefighter Captain for CalFire. He is my Hero)

DETAILS: houses and businesses with a 4 or 5 inch base and and 4 to 7 inches high.
Use FIRM cardboard for standing/leaning upright in a bookshelf neighborhood.

DO's: any Medium, any shape, But please make them look like houses and business. A house can be wider if a hammock, BBQ or a tree overlap and extend out to the side. I would love extras that fit the scale of the house. Do sign the back with real name and username, and if you wish a note for Matt.

DO NOT: I do not want art that is just in a house shaped format, I want them to look like houses, etc. No Danglies and only fitting embellishments. (ie..shutters on windows, flowers in garden at base of house, Cat or bird on the roof....)

PM Me and I can add to your neighborhood.
