Ewe Are Invited to My First Swap!
This swap is all about sheep! Whimsy sheep, realistic sheep, white sheep, black sheep, rainbow sheep, zetti sheep, sheep in the style of your favorite artist, fairy sheep, angel sheep, vampire sheep, big eyed sheep, beady eyed snarky sheep, cartoony sheep.....a whole flock, or just one....ewes, rams and lambs.
You can place your sheep in any situation (grazing, sleeping, taking a shower, dancing the cha-cha), make him speak words of wisdom, sing a song, or give him a friend or prop.....however, when you look at your card it must scream "BAAAAAAA!".

ATC Guidelines:- Please use cardstock or thicker ATC sized materials when constructing your cards.
- I realize everyone cannot draw or paint (or they think they can't....I bet they can). You can collage using quality images of sheep and various papers, but please be imaginative in your use of images and layers. Sheep aren't hard to draw. A few squiggles...some circles. You could try. It's all about details and taking your time. Quality!! Effort!! Creativity!! Add a border. Use angles. Lots of color. Set it aside for a few hours or a day and come back to it to see if you have something to add (or take away)!!
- Please, please, please, DO NOT use googly eyes on your sheep or any other raised or sharp embellishments (pointed gemstones, buttons, beads, items backed with foam tape, etc). My post office will tear them up, I promise you. I do not want mutilated sheep in my mailbox. That would make me feel baaaaaaad. If you use glitter, please seal your cards so the glitter does not get caught in the wool of the other sheep. Please do not use stickers or weak, gummy adhesive/glue....Florida gets HOT. The inside of mailboxes in Florida are super HOT. It may fall off or stick the card to the sleeve if the glue melts. If using scrapbook supplies or sealing your cards, you are ok.
- Please write CLEARLY on the back of your cards, in ink that does not smudge, your name, your AFA screenname, title of the card (optional), name of the swap and whatever other information you wish to share.
- An on-theme hostess card is NOT required to play by any means, but any received will be loved and treasured forever and always. This swap is 3:3.
Mailing Your Sheep:- PM me when you are ready to mail your sheep. You will be mailing to Florida in the USA. Keep this in mind when planning out your mailing schedule.
- Please place each card in an individual clear protective sleeve.
- Within the USA: Please include a SASE with your sheep. Please write my address as the return address on the SASE and write your screenname and swap name on the back of BOTH envelopes.
- International: Please include a LARGE self adhesive label, on which you have written your name and address, along with your sheep. I will pay the postage to mail new sheep to you and supply envelopes.
- Cards for this swap postmarked after June 27, 2012 will be returned to the sender.
After Receiving Your New Sheep
If you feel I have done a good job as swap host and sheep wrangler, please leave iTrader for the Host (me!!) when you receive your cards. Please always give rep points to the artists who created your newly received sheep. In the list of players, I provided a link to the artist's first post in this thread. Click the "You Rock!" button on their posts to leave rep points and a comment about their card.

Players...don't forget to add pics of your cards to the thread if you can! Don't be sheepish!! Pics of my cards are listed in the swap description as I finish them (though I've been known to tweak them after "living with them" for awhile). Take your time, produce quality cards and HAVE FUN!!!!
