1. Pick a group, then pick a theme (2 days to provide theme from sign up date).
2. Make one card for each person in your group, using each person’s selected theme.
3. DO YOUR BEST WORK!
4. Receive four in return in the theme you selected.
5. You may sign up for one or two groups.
6. Please have a theme chosen within three days of signing up.
7. Many group members start their cards right away, so you cannot withdraw once you've picked a theme. Non-receipt of cards will earn NEGATIVE iTraders from ALL group members and host.
8. Please read ALL instructions and ask questions BEFORE signing up
9. MAIL ON TIME.
Late cards may receive a neutral iTrader. It can take 10 days for Canadian post, a week to 10 days for international, and as much as a week for cards to reach me from the West coast.
10. NO embellishments.
Mailing Information:
All cards should be sent in individual plastic sleeves.
Please include your username and Group # on all envelopes and cards.
Also, please put the recipient’s username on each card you make.
International participants ~ please include a large label or slip of paper with your address clearly printed on it. International postage for returns costs $2 for 4 cards and $3 for 8 cards. You may pay with US Postage stamps, US dollars or PM me to pay via Paypal.
Canadian participants-- US postage ($1.17 for 4 cards $1.49 for 8), Canadian postage I can use in future swaps (same approx. amounts) or $1-2 US (because I don't want you to get your cards wrecked sending coins). Large address label or business sized self-addressed envelope please.
US Participants ~ please include a self addressed envelope with .65 postage for 4 cards, 85 cents for 8. Extra postage if you send very heavy cards is appreciated.
Everyone---The HOSTS name and address must be on the Return address for returns. Leave it blank or fill in mine only.
NO COINS! I've had them rip envelopes wide open.
For PATS, I'd rather you put your energies into making great cards for your groups, so NO Host card is required. I can always use extra postage if you have some to spare.
