Two Column Subject HandDrawn/HandPainted ATC Swap, Due Sept. 12

This idea came from the Monster List of Swap Themes over at Art Trader Magazine. You can check it out here.

This is how it works:

1. Each swap participant provides the names of two things (people, objects, animals, etc.). One of them will be listed under Column A and the other will go into Column B.
2. When making the cards, swap participants need to choose one item from Column A and one item from Column B. Both of these items need to be on the card. For instance, if they chose a HAT from Column A and a FROG from Column B, then both the hat and the frog need to be depicted somehow on the card. They can use the same combination for all 3 cards or different combos for different cards.
3. Swap participants don’t need to draw their own items. They can choose any item listed!

Only hand drawn/hand painted are welcome. Please send in your best work. Something you would not be disappointed in receiving if it was sent to you.

INFORMATION TO PAY ATTENTION 2!

Players - when you receive your cards for the swap, remember to leave iTrader for the Host (me) and Rep Points (You Rock!) for the people you received cards from!

There are two ways to leave Rep Points:

1) Simply click on the link that I have created in the list of users in this post. Once their post is up just hit the "You Rock" button and leave your feedback!
2) Click on this link "How To Leave Rep Easily" and follow the instructions.

Please PM me for my mailing address when you are ready to mail out your cards if you do not already have my address. If you do have my address, please note that it has changed, so you have to PM me for my address! LOL

ATCs will be sent out within 2 weeks of the swap closing date; September 12th. Late cards will be returned to the original artist(s).

All participants; PLEASE be sure to put your username and Swap Name on the mailing envelope, return envelope, and on all cards and labels. Also, be sure to write clearly on everything!

Cards are due to me by September 12, 2012. Please allow an ample amount of time for your cards to get to me, especially if you are an International participant. iTrader ratings will be given when I receive your cards.

Remember: We all want to be able to know who to give rep points back to. So, it is really important that you do not forget to put the following on the back of your ATCs:

1. Your username
2. Swap name
3. Title
4. Where you're from

An extra ATC in this theme for the host is appreciated, but not at all expected!

POSTAGE & MAILING

U.S. participants, PLEASE include a Self-Addressed-Stamped-Envelope (SASE) LEGAL SIZE Envelope (4 x 9 ¼) for your returns with the correct amount of postage for returning your cards. Since we are only doing a 3:3 trade the postage should not be more than 0.90 for 3 cards. Remember to put your user name and swap name on the back of your envelopes!

The International participants; Please include a Self-Addressed-Envelope (SAE) LEGAL SIZE envelope (4 x 9 ¼) with the amount of postage, in US dollars, necessary to return 3 cards to you for your country.

NON-COMMUNICATIVE/NON-PARTICIPATING

If you do not send in your cards, then I need to make you aware that you will get a "neutral" iTrader. Please pay careful attention to the withdrawal date. If you do not withdraw by then you will be considered a non-participating player. Those that sign up and do not let me know they have withdrawn WILL receive a "neutral" iTrader.
