Let's get busy with Transparency's - the printer transparency's can be brought a few sheets at a time at the office supply places, over at the print copy part of the store - the hard clear/or frosted plastic that backs some stickers would work too (it's very stiff and would work as a card by itself), packing tape gives the same sort of look - there is so many ways to use them - mixed media collage is perfect for using them as is fabric atc's - this is open media when it comes to the art work you use on your transparencys so think outside the box and let's get to it

I don't really know what to do with a transparency. I know there are two kinds, isn't one just for ink jet printers and the other for laser printers? So I just you have to have the right one to print on?

The ones I got are for both - you just print on the rough or smooth service depending on what you printing on
you can also rubberstamp on the plastic that backs stickers - there is a stiff one that I use as the base of a atc that comes with the bird stickers I use a lot. Get those at WalMart.

I ahve some transparencies but they don't ahve a rough side. Not sure what it is I've got then.

I used to teach school and transparencies were these difficult to use glossy things that we either used white board markers on or we ran them through the printer and they always smudged! Now, I have some paper that I think is called "onionskin" paper and is translucent. Would that count as transparent? If it counts, sign me up!

GG, what if I used a paint pen on transparency, and used it over the top of the collage or drawing? It wouldn'y feel like my very best to me though, because what I really want to do it something like yours.
