The Snowy Swap! Open Media, Date Due: February 2, 2024

I just got back from a stroll around the block here in UN-snowy Tomball, Texas. Don't want to make you all jealous, but the sky is blue, the sun is shining and it's a breezy 52 degrees F. Having said that, we *are* expecting a freeze over the weekend and everyone in the Houston Gardening group on FB is panicking about whether or not they should cover/wrap their plants. I go by the rule that if a plant can't take care of itself in extreme weather, it doesn't belong in my garden!

That is tough love, JustJayne!

Pamitha, I feel for you in this freezing cold, we have a cozy 19degrees in Tumwater. I am wearing 3 layers of everything.
Winter has just begun & already I'm yearning for tulips & daffodils.

Your cards are super, by the way.:)

We're a balmy 9 degrees right now, but no precipitation, thank heavens. Freezing rain was predicted so I'm grateful.

Here are my cards for the swap. Martha, I'll have them in the mail by Monday.

It has been stormy here for a week. Very windy and cold. We have had a ton of rain. I am so disappointed that it is not snow. (insert pouty face here) It would really be piling up by now.
