PAT GUIDELINES:
In order to participate in this PAT, you must:
Have an itrader rating of +15.
Have no negatives within the past 6 months.
Have received no neutrals within the past 3 months.
Themes must be chosen within 48 hours of joining the swap.
You may join 2 groups for this PAT.
Each card must be ATC size: 2.5 x 3.5 inches and on sturdy paper.
Must be original and unique. No white backgrounds, no stickers,
No bulky embellishments. No glitter!
You must follow the themes requested EXACTLY.
The theme is the main focus of a PAT, please NO deviations from theme
requests are allowed. If a player requests a purple pumpkin and a
pink one is submitted, it will be returned. Have questions? Please ask in
the thread or PM me.
12. Each card must be in an individual plastic sleeve.
13. Label each card with the swap name, user name, real name, date created,
Your location, recipient name, and GROUP Number.
MAILING INFO:
Please mail cards in a business-sized envelope, spreading evenly-use washi tape to secure them from sliding. You can send an address label and the correct postage, please. I will provide envelopes.
If you are mailing from the USA, 1-2 forever stamps are due.
If you are mailing internationally, Please send either 1 Global U.S. Forever stamp or a well-concealed $1 bill.
When you are ready to mail your cards, please private message me for my address.
A hostess card is not necessary at all, please save it on lighter postage instead.
Please write your username and Group on the back of your envelope. So I can organize with ease.
REMEMBER PLEASE that feedback in a PAT swap is very different. You leave itrader for me (your host) and for every artist in your group. It is a trade. Do not leave You Rocks/reps for this kind of swap.
I WILL post "RECEIVED" after your name when mail comes to me.
I post ITRADERS when I mail out.
Finally, I will NOT wait for your cards. This is an on-time PAT. Late cards will be returned. You run the risk of neutral or negative from your group members if this should happen. Be punctual, kind, and have fun!
